Privacy Notice: How WikiAI Handles Your Data
Last updated 1 October 2026
Who we are
This website is run by WikiAI (SMC-Private) Limited (“WikiAI”, “we”). You can reach us at info@waqarsyar.com.
Information you send us
We only receive personal information that you choose to send us:
- Contact form: your name, email address, business type, monthly revenue range and the message you write.
- Careers form: your name, email address, the role you are applying for, an optional portfolio or LinkedIn link and the message you write.
- Email and WhatsApp: whatever you send us, including your email address or phone number.
How form submissions are delivered
Both forms send your message by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-to-email service. FormSubmit passes it to our mailbox, with a copy to a second team mailbox. The site itself does not keep a database of submissions.
What we use it for
We use what you send to reply to your enquiry, to prepare for a strategy call if you ask for one, and, for the careers form, to consider your application. We do not sell it.
Email signups
If you ask for a free resource, such as the 100 AI automation ideas checklist, we receive your email address (and first name if you give it) through FormSubmit, the same service as our contact form. We use it to send the resource and occasional practical tips. We don’t sell it, and you can unsubscribe at any time by replying “unsubscribe”.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and free tools are used, so we can improve them. It records pages viewed, approximate location (country and city), device and browser, and a few actions such as using a tool button, joining the email list, sending the contact form or clicking WhatsApp. It never receives anything you type into a tool or form. Google Analytics sets its own cookies. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are not measured until they agree in the consent message. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
We do not set our own tracking cookies. The site stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser’s local storage, and the free tools save your work there too (on your device only).
Instagram videos. Some guides include our Instagram reels. Nothing from Instagram loads until you press play; after that, Instagram (Meta) may set its own cookies under its privacy policy.
Advertising. We show ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads, measure them and, where you allow it, personalize them based on your visits to this and other websites. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown. You can learn how Google uses this information at How Google uses information from sites that use its services, and turn off personalized ads at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.
Our tools don’t send your text, files, photos, email addresses or product data to advertisers; that content is processed in your browser.
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard server logs, such as IP address and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site.
The chat assistant
The Wiki Assistant runs entirely in your browser and answers from a fixed list of answers written for this site. What you type into it is not sent to us or to any third party.
Links to other sites
The site links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Upwork and to client websites. Those services have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Your choices
You can email us at info@waqarsyar.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have your enquiry or application deleted.
